How do I register?
To register go to sign up and fill in the registration form to make your Ruui Account.
Do I have to disclose my e-mail id and phone number for registration?
Email id and mobile numbers are mandatory fields as we will send you regular updates about your orders over the mail or inform you over the phone.
Is my personal information secure at your website?
Yes, any information you share is secure on our website
How to order online!
- Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on “Place in Cart”.
- The order process has 4 stages:
- Register by creating your own My Ruui account, using your email address and password.
- Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method.
- Complete the payment information.
- Review your order and submit it.
I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?
Yes, shipping within India is free and you can follow the regular steps to place your order. You can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping.
Can it be possible to make custom fitting garment?
Yes only for few outfits we offer customization in terms of fit, colors, etc. . You can read about the same by clicking on our customization link
What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
At Ruui we try our best to protect your personal information, unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your personal information, we will notify you as necessary and to the extent possible so you can take appropriate protective steps.
What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?
If you are interested in buying a product that is out of stock on the website please mail or call us and we can notify you once the product is available for order again.
Can I cancel an order?
If you have placed an order with us and you want to cancel it, inform us within 12 hours of the order placed after which no order can be cancelled.
What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
At Ruui, we ensure the safety of your order, however in any circumstances if you receive a product in damaged condition mail us with the picture of the order received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps.
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Yes, you can go to my account to change the shipping address or notify us over the mail for the same, no address can be changed once the order has been dispatched
What are the shipping charges are there any additional charges?
Shipping charges within India is free, outside India we will charge you basis the order, any additional charges will depend on any additional component like a dupatta, pants or embroidery that has been added to the existing outfit.

- Net Banking
